LOCAL ORDERS

Delivery Time:

Our standard procedure to process your order is within 24 hours once the order is confirmed. You are requested to be available at the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
COD orders are verified via telephone or email before dispatching. However, in case of repeat orders, Clearance sale and other promotions orders may be processed without telephonic verification.
In case if the item(s) on your order are unfit for dispatch due to quality or any other reason, they will not be shipped or will be shipped partially. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason.
Expected delivery time in Pakistan is 2-3 days (During sale delivery time may exceed )

Delivery Charges:

We offer Free Delivery for all the orders above Rs. 5000/- . However, if your order is below Rs. 5000/- then standard delivery rates will be charged based on the payment method:
• Cash on delivery: Rupees 300/-.
• Online/Bank Transfer/Easy pay: Rupees 100/-.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Great News! we ship orders to almost all over the world.

Delivery Time:

Expected delivery time for an international order is 10 to 15 working days depending on the location. In case if there are any changes, we will duly inform you via phone calls/emails

Delivery charges:

You can estimate delivery charges by adding any product you want to order and checkout with your delivery address to calculate the estimated delivery charges (doesn’t include any taxes & duties).

Taxes & Duties:

Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties and will be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected at the time of order delivery.
